(…)El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de la actitud activa del deudor- demandado que comparece y se opone a la reclamación de la deuda formulada por el peticionario, así como los requisitos que la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil exige al escrito de oposición, las diferentes causas de oposición del deudor, y la finalización y transformación del proceso monitorio, para terminar con algunas especialidades que se recogen en el monitorio regulado en el artículo 21 de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal.(…)
